With a legal journey that began in 1998, Monte brings over 25 years of strategic, client-focused advocacy to every matter. Before law school he served as an Intelligence Analyst at the NSA and as an Army veteran, later leading his local school board—experiences that sharpened his analytical skills and deepened his commitment to community service.
